When Veanna and Pam decided to market finished goods from Alapca fiber, they had difficulty as they had no name recognition. People did not understand what quality they brought with their items. Being entrepenureal ladies, a decision was made to market under a name that invites a clear understanding of the products.

So where does that product come from? All fiber grown in Texas by both ranches is sent to the fiber co-op or the Alpaca Blanket Project for processing and production. However,the ladies are most proud of the rugs and saddle blankets made here in Paint Rock Texas using their fiber. Ask them, and they will tell you which animals contributed to the rugs!

The Texas Alpaca Product store carries a little something for everyone. From home goods, to long johns, socks to hats , blankets and cuddly animals, you will notice an assortment of goods that will bring warmth, comfort and enjoyment to you and your family.

Many people think Alpaca goods are too expensive. We think everyone should have Alpaca products and have tried to maintain lower margins so everyone can afford our products. All prices include shipping however, if you are in the area and would like to pick up your item in person, send us a note and we will deduct the shipping costs for you.

While everything has usable life span, many of our products may exceed your expectations as Alpaca products are long lasting and extremely durable.

We invite you to give us a try - many who do, come back for seconds and thirds. The one thing we can promise is that you will immediately notice that Alpaca has such a degree of softness to it, you won't want to put any thing else next to your or your love ones skin.
